What is different about Billion Rent and other companies?

We are a german company owner and operator and have built a secure network of approved fleet owners so that our customers are always protected from unscrupulous brokers and suppliers.

What countries you cover with luxury car rental?

Billion Rent operates the own fleet of 35+ vehicles in Europe. We have a network of approved fleet owners we work with. We currently operate in 7 European countries including, Italy, Spain, France, Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Monaco. We cover most of main European cities like Rome, Milan, Nice, Cannes, Saint Tropez, Verona, Munich, Venice, Monte Carlo, Barcelona and many others.

Where can I pick up and leave the vehicle?

We can deliver and collect your vehicle to any address, hotel or airport.

What are the minimum age requirements for renting?

You must be at least 21 years of age to rent, but for cars with more than 300 hp of powerful, you must be at least 25.

What is your cancellation policy?

If we have your written booking or prepayment, or receiving your documents we consider this like date of confirmation of rental. After that you can cancel your booking, but please read before our cancellation policy.

- Up to 7 days from rental start, 30% of total booking amount is kept for the entire following season as credit towards a rental.

- From 7 to 2 days’ prior the rental start, you lose the 50% of total booking amount.

- From 2 to 0 days’ prior the rental start you lose 100% of total booking amount.

"NO SHOW" after 2 hours of according meeting time is considered like cancelling of order.

What kinds of credentials will I need to present when I pick up my rental?

Driver’s license and passport requirements All drivers must present a valid international driver's license. You will be required to present a valid passport in the driver’s name. "Deposit" credential requirements The preferred second required credential is a major credit card such as American Express, MasterCard or Visa. Prepaid charge/debit or gift cards are not an acceptable form of identification at rental pick up.
